FIRST PLACE Award in this year’s Parade Of Homes, sponsored by the Lake/Sumter County Builders Association. As one of about two dozen home entries in this year’s parade, the judges voted our Oleander model (shown in photo) the BEST for quality, value, design and livability.
Arlington Ridge was also privileged to win the 2017 Parade last year with its Baylaurel III model.
To celebrate, we’re holding a Parade of Homes Open House this coming weekend March 3-4. All four of our beautifully designed and decorated model homes will be open 10am – 5pm for you to stroll through at your leisure. Also, Arlington Ridge residents will be hosting in each home so that you can ask questions about our homes and the Arlington Ridge life.
