Be sure to visit us during the 2018 Parade Of Homes when our new Oleander furnished model home will be competing with homes built by other builders throughout the Lake and Sumter County area.

We will be holding special Open Houses of all our model homes during the weekends of February 24-25 and March 3-4. All models will be open from 10-4 each day for public viewing and Arlington Ridge resident volunteers will be on-hand to answer your questions about living at Arlington Ridge.
