We’re well under way with development of the newest phase of the Fairways at Arlington Ridge. These aerials were shot last week, and show the initial stages of development, including prep work for installing sewers and storm drains and grading the property to its final elevation. When complete in early 2018, this phase will offer 125 home sites, including some with spectacular views overlooking the Arlington Ridge Golf Course.
